Eggcelent

I think this deck is neat. There are a lot of ramp decks running around in the current meta, including three of the four major ones (M2 Ex/Mew Ex/Gdev, Gy/Art/Starmie Ex + Misty, Celebi Ex/Serp), so a card like Exeggutor can bring huge value if you can get it online. That's where Shiinotic comes into the picture.

If you can get an Exeggcute out and put an energy on it turn 2/3 to safely speed up its ramp, all the better, but if not then your priority should be getting Shiinotic out and using its relatively cheap guaranteed sleep effect to stall for time while you get Exeggutor ready.

Chatot is a fun little card to bring out when you're dead drawing on your Pokéballs, Oaks and other supporters. A lot of the time these meta decks will have anywhere from 5 to 8 cards in hand while you may be desperate just to pull something useful. At a time like that, put Chatot out and for a single energy investment you can draw between 30-50% of your remaining deck. Actually, if the number of cards you have left in hand + deck is less than or equal to what your opponent has in hand, you can use Chatot to just. Draw the rest of your deck entirely. Pretty cool! And gives you the edge you might need to come out with a W.
