Strategy

Preferably start with your turtles and charge them up with Kiawe and clean up with Incineroar at the end. But opening with Incineroar and cleaning up with a turtle afterwards isn't that bad, but it will be easier for your opponent to score 3 points that way. Incineroar can immediately swing with fire fang when coming off the bench which is why you play him instead of something like Charizard or Infernape that take longer to get started since Turtonator will be eating up your energy every turn it attacks. The giant's cape in this list is very important for certain matchups like helping Turtonator live through a Solgaleo or Giratina attack. In games when you don't find a 2nd Kiawe and 2nd Turtle, it's useful to hold off on evolving your 2nd Litten into incineroar in case you need Litten or Torracat to kamikaze into a big EX monster like Charizard to get it in range for Incineroar to finish it off or at least force them to use Lillie. Guzema can be substituted for Cyrus or 2nd Sabrina, but it get's a lot of value when people are playing many tool cards, effectively healing you when you avoid hitting into helmets or barbs or acting as a 20-30 damage spell when deleting capes. Keep in mind, a 20hp mon on the bench will die if you delete it's cape to potentially score surprise points against your opponent.
