The best thing you can do with this deck is that you can equip Weezing with a helmet in an active position and have Muk charging energy on the bench, with Weezing you poison and change to Muk to take advantage of its damage bonus for poisoned pokemon.

The support cards are Koga, Leaf, which will allow you to change position Pokémon, the best is Koga, since it returns it to your hand and allows you to summon it full life again.

Darkrai ex and Magnezone has positive matchups against most top decks, including Palkia ex decks, and other Darkrai ex decks.

Druddigon is the best early-game stall Pokemon, which is perfect for Darkrai ex and Magnezone which are rewarding payoffs for the late-game. Druddigon's Rough Skin + an Energy attachment to Darkrai ex will result in 40 damage per turn, all while Magneton charges in the Bench with Volt Charge.

The deck uses Space-Time Smackdown Magnemite over Genetic Apex Magnemite because of its Attack's Colorless Attack Cost, which it can use for Darkness Energy.

From Game 8

This Weavile ex variation has access to a devastating 90 damage play with Dawn.

Attach an Energy to a benched Darkrai ex, triggering Nightmare Aura dealing 20 to your opponent's Active Pokemon, then use Dawn to transfer it to your Active Weavile ex, and attack with Scratching Nails for 70. This deck can achieve this combo fairly easily.

Spiritomb, a tech card, can do 10 damage to all of your opponent's Pokemon, which gets your Cyrus online immediately.

Energy used: Darkness

You're guaranteed to start with at least one chatot to use to find all the cards you need. Cycle through by using as many cards as possible per turn at your own discretion and use Mimic until you have found all the cards you need.

The strat is simple: 

1. Get Hypno on the Bench and Weezing (with 1 dark energy) on the Active Spot.
2. Use Hypno's ability and attack with Weezing.
3. Let Darkrai EX accumulate energies on the Bench and/or give Weezing a Rocky Helmet for extra chip damage.
4. Enjoy dealing 50-90 damage per turn plus having a 62.5%-75% chance to avoid damage on your turn, every turn (once set up).

Extra tips:

Deck more reliable and less tied to counterpart luck with LickilickyEX. More defensive.

Dialga in front, 2 energy as soon as possible, Giant Cape to help tank the first 3/4 turns.
Give the energies to whoever is on the bench, possibly Meltan -> Melmetal.
Melmetal should be managed with RockyHelmet and keeping potions for him.
Blows of 120+RockyHelmet are enough to knock down just about anything.
