Palkia EX High Energy

Palkia ex does massive damage but uses a lot of energy to do so. Generally, you want to start with Manaphy in the active spot which will let you set up some energy on any benched Pokemon. Use Misty to put down a lot of energy on Palkia ex or any other water Pokemon as Vaporeon will let you put it onto the active spot later on no matter what. This specific Eevee is the strongest on turn one for potential damage just in case. x Speed can be swapped out for Leaf, but use X Speed/Leaf to conserve energy when swapping. Sabrina is for a little bit of control. If you're missing one or more of the cards, you can replace Palkia ex with Articuno Ex, swap in a different Eevee, edit the deck for a Blastoise ex or Gyarados ex, or any other necessary changes.
