Build up and protect the Exeggutor while trying to get Serperior to reduce energy cost. Lilligant will help while building up the energy. 

Best line up is Exeggutor attacking, bench: 1 Serperior, additional Exeggutor for damage control and Lilligant

This is a just an updated version of Mewtwo Ex with meowth, but Sigilyph is just strictly better in a psychic deck.

Main strategy is to set up Mewtwo Ex with gardevoir on the bench. This allows you to use psydrive every turn for 150 damage. Lead with Sigilyph and draw until you have everything you need. Ideally you wanna retreat your Sigilyph so your opponent doesn't get a point from it and has to take down both your Mewtwo Ex. You can consider adding a Jynx for a better matchup against Celebi, Charizard and Gyarados.

Gardevoir to gather energy for Mew/Mewtwo

Use item cards and Professor card to gather the Pokémon you want, the priority order to use (I think) should be: Poke Ball, Professor's Research, Mythical Slab 

Depending on active pokémon of opponent you use either Mew or Mewtwo, example: if your opponent has Charizard, you can use Mew to copy its attac and kill it in one hit

You can use Mewtwo EX both as tank (use Leaf when it is close to die) and also to attack
