This is a very simple to use 3 Diamond or less control deck. This is great for completing the Solo missions that require a Three Diamond or less deck. I do not recommend this for PVP as it doesn't hit terribly high numbers and requires a lot of RNG to maintain control, but if you're having issues with some of the Solo missions (especially against the Starmie/Gyarados EX deck missions!) this could help you out a lot in getting those free shop tickets.

Meta Exeggutor Dance

Pokémon

  • Exeggutor ex x2
  • Exeggcute x2
  • Caterpie x2
  • Metapod x2
  • Butterfree x2

Trainers

  • Erika x1
  • Sabrina x2
  • Potion x1
  • X Speed x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2

Tried all variations of Exeggutor EX decks and this is most flexible & balanced one that carried me to 50 wins.

Set up: Always try to open with Caterpie to protect the first Exeggcute and draw an extra Pokemon. If all goes to plan you'll able to swap an Exeggutor in by turn 2-3 to tank/trample the opponent's opener (Early Sabrina draw should help here - you don't really need it after the Exeggutors are set up).

  • X Speed x2

  1. Only 2 basic Pokemon Tentacool, so you always start with it
  2. Start with Tentacool and build it to Tentacruel to spread poison damage
  3. Use Misty and Water Energy to build Omastar
  4. Lockdown enemy so it cannot attack

Birb & Snek

Pokémon

  • Ekans x2
  • Arbok x2
  • Pidgey x2
  • Pidgeotto x2
  • Pidgeot x2

Trainers

  • Sabrina x2
  • Giovanni x1
  • Potion x2
  • X Speed x1
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2

Fun deck that can give you full control of your opponent’s board. Try to start with Ekans to get Arbok out while working toward a Pidgeot on your bench. Pidgeot (and Sabrina if your draws are failing you) can then work to get rid of Pokemon you don’t want to fight, while Arbok can hold the one’s you do until they’re done for. Could also sub in a Drowsee/Hypno to try and sleep as well.

Sleep Deck

Pokémon

  • Snom x2
  • Frosmoth x2

  • Persian x2

Trainers

  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2
  • Potion x1
  • X Speed x1
  • Giovanni x1
  • Sabrina x1

The goal of this deck is to annoy your opponent through constant sleep and occasional forced discard. Jigglypuff can be replaced with Promo Jigglypuff later on to maximize the annoyance.

Poison in, keep them in with Arbok.
Easy to play vs Mewtwo decks.

Winnable against Pika EX and Misty Articuno/Starmie decks.

Angry Musical Chairs

Pokémon

  • Mankey x2
  • Primeape x2
  • Hitmonlee x1
  • Hitmonchan x1
  • Clobbopus x2
  • Grapploct x2

Trainers

  • Sabrina x2
  • Potion x2
  • X Speed x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2

Fun deck to keep them on their toes if all works as planned.  Mankey to Primape high potential damage output while high HP Grappolt keeps their active on rotation while dealing good damage simultaneously.  Takes some time to set up if early cards draws don't go your way which is where Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan come in to do some popshots in the mean time.
