  • Zebstrika x2
  • Gardevoir x2

Trainers

  • Potion x2

  • Professor's Research x2
  • Sabrina x2

this is a easy game plan for this desk

Zapdos EX most likely be the tank, Pikachu EX at the back be the 1st DPS
if no pikachu EX in the 1-2 round, use 1 energy to Blitzle/Zebstrika for attacking opposite pokemon who carry energy

if opposite pokemon have already evo or have enough energy for kill our EX
then use two Blitzle/Zebstrika for attack them and place energy for Zapdos EX for the last try

Mewtwo EX/Gardevoir Ramp

Pokémon

  • Mewtwo ex x2
  • Ralts x2
  • Kirlia x2
  • Gardevoir x2
  • Sigilyph x2

Trainers

  • Sabrina x2
  • Professor's Research x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Mythical Slab x2
  • X Speed x2

The core combo of this deck is having a Mewtwo EX as the active Pokemon with two energies while having a Gardevoir on your bench. This will allow you to put two energies on Mewtwo every turn, letting you play Psydrive every turn. Once this combo activates, there aren't many decks that can tank that much reliable damage.

  • Lickitung x1
  • Kangaskhan x1
  • Tauros x1
  • Porygon x1

Trainers

  • Sabrina x2

  • Professor's Research x2

(Title is because I went through a phase where all my decks were named and themed after the various crime syndicates in pokémon- I have since moved on but this deck, as it has evolved and changed, kept the name because I think it's funny)

This is honestly, probably, the weirdest deck I've made. The list, just from looking at it, looks like bulls**t. But ... have faith, okay? It's actually pretty good. It's also about as close as I'll come at this point to playing the "meta." Buckle up.

Team Rocket Blasts Off (Real)

Pokémon

  • Ekans x2
  • Arbok x2
  • Koffing x1
  • Koffing x1
  • Weezing x2
  • Meowth x2

Trainers

  • Koga x2
  • Sabrina x2
  • X Speed x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2

Okay, I have NO CLUE what that other Team Rocket deck is on about. Muk??? Yeah right like Team Rocket EVER used Muk. Here's the REAL Team Rocket Blasts Off.

Very simple: Get Weezing up, use ability to poison enemy active pokémon. Use Koga to get Weezing out, put Arbok in, trap enemy pokémon. Repeat until win. If, for any reason, you are dead drawing and you have a Meowth, put it in as a card draw engine to get things moving, it's okay if it dies. This deck absolutely slaps Mewtwo/Mew/Gardevoir decks silly and is competitive with most other meta decks.

Gyarados ex and Greninja Deck

Pokémon

  • Froakie x2
  • Frogadier x2
  • Greninja x2
  • Magikarp x2
  • Gyarados ex x2
  • Druddigon x2

Trainers

  • Misty x2
  • Leaf x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2

Strengths:
• Gyarados ex's 180 HP can withstand heavy hits.
• Gyarados ex's Rampaging Whirlpool can discard Energy from the opponent's pokemon.
• Greninja can damage any of the opponent's Pokemon with Water Shuriken.

Weaknesses:
• Weak against aggro Lightning decks.
• Takes time to set up.

Blaine - Mythical Island Meta

Pokémon

  • Ponyta x2
  • Rapidash x1
  • Rapidash x1
  • Vulpix x2
  • Ninetales x2
  • Mew ex x1

Trainers

  • Blaine x2
  • Giovanni x2
  • Sabrina x1
  • Professor's Research x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • X Speed x2

Very consistent and low-luck based deck. I hit 45 wins in the Emblem 2 event with this deck due to the huge amount of decks playing Celebi. This deck eats Celebi decks for breakfast.

Ideally Ponyta out front first, with one energy to start dealing damage asap. A second energy if beneficial to evolve to A1a Rapidash, or just do A1 Rapidash for speed while giving energy to Vulpix on bench. Mew is here as a counter to some meta mons and also as a tank in a pinch.

Ninetales + Blaine can one-hit KO any Celebi even if a Blue is played

Meta Mew2

Pokémon

  • Mewtwo ex x2
  • Ralts x2
  • Kirlia x2
  • Gardevoir x2
  • Mew ex x1

Trainers

  • Sabrina x1
  • Potion x2
  • X Speed x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2
  • Giovanni x2

Start off with mew or mewtwo and keep upgrading gard then cycle through mewtwo and if necessary use mew to start and copy abilities

Alakazam Control

Pokémon

  • Sigilyph x1
  • Mew ex x1
  • Abra x2
  • Kadabra x2
  • Alakazam x2

Trainers

  • Potion x1
  • X Speed x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Mythical Slab x2
  • Sabrina x1
  • Professor's Research x2
  • Budding Expeditioner x2

Deck Traits: You want to draw many cards, and pivot smartly (You're okay with making sacrifices and aim to win games 3-2) ... however, because of this the deck is INCREDIBLY consistent and can outplay any matchup.

Early Game: Start  with Sigilyph or Mew EX as a wall, and build up an Abra line on the bench.
