  • Pikachu x1
  • Raichu x1
  • Voltorb x1
  • Electrode x1

  • Lt. Surge x1
  • Leaf x1

This is a very simple to use 3 Diamond or less control deck. This is great for completing the Solo missions that require a Three Diamond or less deck. I do not recommend this for PVP as it doesn't hit terribly high numbers and requires a lot of RNG to maintain control, but if you're having issues with some of the Solo missions (especially against the Starmie/Gyarados EX deck missions!) this could help you out a lot in getting those free shop tickets.

Three Diamond Fire Deck

Pokémon

  • Vulpix x2
  • Ninetales x2

  • Rapidash x2

Trainers

  • Potion x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Professor's Research x2
  • Sabrina x2
  • Blaine x2
  • X Speed x1
  • Giovanni x1

This is a quick, simple 3 Diamond or less Fire deck that sets up fast and hits hard. This is great for completing the Solo missions that require a Three Diamond or less deck. I have also had some success with it against players utilizing the Celebi/Serperior meta deck that's in play, though it requires the RNG be in your favor!

The key to this deck is getting Rapidash set up and on the field early. If you are going second I would recommend starting with Vulpix to get an energy on it so you can stop incoming attacks, especially if you are going up against a Water deck.

  • Professor's Research x2
  • X Speed x1
  • Hand Scope x1
  • Red Card x1

First deck I've been finding success with as a brand new TCG player. Reliant on coin flip luck for Sleep status but extremely rewarding with the 50/50 odds! The first Snom or Jigglypuff will often be sacrificed in favor of readying Frosmoth and Wigglytuff ex on the Bench. Use Sabrina to buy time while building up Energy before swapping in Wigglytuff ex, or to force your opponent to swap in a Pokémon that it can eliminate immediately.

Exeggutor ex Butterfree

Pokémon

  • Caterpie x2
  • Metapod x2
  • Butterfree x2
  • Exeggcute x2
  • Exeggutor ex x2
  • Erika x2

Trainers

  • Sabrina x1
  • Potion x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Red Card x1
  • Professor's Research x2

The goal of this deck is to be able to consistently heal your active side (preferably Exeggutor EX), so you'll need to draw Pokemon cards as soon as possible. In games where the opponent starts, we'll have the chance to draw during the first turn if we have Caterpie in the active spot.
