This deck is how I went from 10 to 45 wins with an 80% win rate. It's Anti-Meta and beginner friendly. Anti-Meta, because it hits hard and fast and doesn't allow players to set up properly. Honestly, I think the deck is so unique players just have a hard time figuring out what to do. It's beginner friendly because there are no EX or high value cards needed. I didn't even realize this until I was making this guide.

Deck Source

Low barrier to entry, easy to play, non-ex deck that consistently wipes many meta Genetic Apex decks (including Pikachu ex and Mewtwo ex). 

Remember to turn dark energy generation off in the deck builder  -- this deck does not use it.

The main strategy is to set up Dragonair on the bench as soon as possible. Keep Weezing active while setting up.
